• Returns are accepted within 20 days from the delivery date. 

• Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns

• Dye Charges, rush fees, special pattern and cutting fees are non-refundable.

• Custom or made-to-order dancewear cannot be returned

• Items marked as “final Sale” are not eligible for return.

• For Hygiene reasons, undergarments are non-returnable.

• Orders over $500 Are subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%) upon return. The fee will be based on the order total and condition of the returned items.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
